What we collect
When you request a quote or book a clean, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, service address, entry notes, and the cleaning preferences you select. If you join a waitlist, we collect your email address and ZIP code.
How we use it
We use your information to price and deliver your clean, confirm your appointment by text or email, send arrival and completion notifications, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment information
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We store only a payment token, never your full card number.
Sharing
We share the minimum information necessary with the cleaner assigned to your home — your address, entry instructions and any pet notes. We may use service providers for scheduling, messaging and payments, who process data only on our behalf.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember a quote in progress and your referral link. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@setandshinecleaning.com. You can opt out of marketing messages while still receiving appointment messages.
